		<description>Great information! I know breakfast is important so I&#039;ve been eating cereal every morning because it&#039;s easy. Occaisionally I will have eggs, canadian bacon and toast ... but then I have to get out the skillet. Thanks for the review on what to eat for a healthy breakfast ... I&#039;ve got to get me some of those oats. (Nice, clear blog ... focused on one issue. Love it!)</description>
